Help! Scart auto-switching problem
Question:

I'd be grateful for some help with a problem I've got. The TV in question is an old Goodmans W321NS 32" widescreen. I've got it connected to a GameCube via RGB scart to AV1 input (RGB input), a PSX via scart to AV2 input (S-Video input - non-RGB) and an N64 via the composite inputs (as there are only two scart and one composite inputs).
The problem I'm having is that, when the PSX is turned on and being played, every so often (and I mean frequently - every 20 secs or so, sometimes more) the TV will switch itself from the AV2 channel to AV1. This is despite the fact that no input is being received on AV1 - i.e. the Gamecube and N64 are turned off at the time.
It only does this for the PSX - when the GameCube or N64 are being used instead, the problem doesn't occur.
Anyone know what the problem is? It's really bugging me. I can rewire the connections if required, i.e. pipe the PSX to the composite inputs and the N64 to the scart, but that'd be admitting defeat :) I want to find out what's causing the problem, especially as the N64 picture (oddly) looks worse through the scart input than through composite (don't ask why).
