Question:
I am looking at gettting a new video recorder and toss up between the SE820 and the 830 model. Pricerunner is coming up with the 830 as NEW entry. Does anybody have any info on this model?
The reason for going to Sony is to tie in with the TV - Sony FQ75 to try to use all functions available!
Had to bite the bullet. My old Mitsubishi has so many sparklies on it I had to. Will miss my Mitsy though. So went ahead and ordered the 830. Will post review when I get the machine.
Doesn't do you a lot of good but a couple of months ago I bought a new vid for my mother as her old one had given up the ghost. I bought the cheaper model, the 720 and have to say that it's pretty good and she's delighted with it.
I also bought the Sony to match her tv. Mind you, she's still having trouble setting the timer!
