Question:
Hi,
just picked up one of these today and am very impressed with the build and picture quality, although I was suprised by the small size of the unit. I now need some recommendations for DVD-Audio discs. Also where to shop for them too.
Any help would be much appreciated.
cheers

Where did you buy the Toshiba from and how much?
Looking to upgrade my Wharfedale 750 and the Toshiba SD520e is on my shortlist.:)
Hi,
I got the Toshiba at Richer Sounds near Holborn tube in London on Friday.
I used their excellent insurance offer and swapped my old AV amplifier (Sherwood 61606R) for the Toshiba but because of the rebate on the amp it only cost me £100 for DVD player.
It was the last one they had but it sounds amazing on my "new" Yammy DSP-A2 and is such a vast improvement on my old DVD an ancient Proline D-1000 it beggars belief. :D
I think I'll use the proline in the bedroom... as a door stop !
cheers

Last time I looked at prices for the Toshiba, just before Christmas, it was still around the £350+ mark.
After seeing your post this morning had a quick look on Amazon and couldn't believe thay had a multiregion one for £190. Look's like my cc is going to get another work out, and I was hoping to give it a rest this month as well.:D
