TV busted, but still under warranty... advice needed.
Question:

I think my Toshiba has just died on me. What do I do? Do I contact the supplier (EmpireDirect) or Toshiba themselves.
Has anyone got any past experience on claiming under the warranty? Is it a lot of hassle?

My advice is to contact the retailer as your contract of sale is with them and not the manufacturer.
The only drawback is that you bought from Empire who do have what can best be described as variable levels of service.
