Question:
Hey, I turned my widescreen tv on this morning to a smaller than normal screen... which really annoyed me as it doesnt make the picture lokk to good.
the picture is still coming through fine, but its just shrunk from the sides in. Ie. should be a 28" pic but is less than a 12" wide picture.
any ideas what could be causing it? is it worth fixing myself?

Uhm, probably be better off in the hardware forum, but it sounds like someone's been messing about with the zoom function.

I would guess that it is set to 4:3 mode. Try toggling the zoom modes as Sneeka suggested to fix it.
