Question:
OK, getting grief from the wife about the large speakers in the living room. Currently have B&W603 floorstanders, 601 rears, and CC6 centre.
My plan is to get rid of /off load / sell the rear 601's and the centre, then buy the SONY save835 setup. These will be driven through a SONY 930 5.1 amp.
Any thoughts or experience the high level pascal ranges, I know in theory they cannot compete with the B&W's, but as mentioned earlier..... size matters.
I will be keeping my 603's (She cannot have it all her own way) for a dedicated stereo setup, from another amp. Never been happy with the stereo on the 930 anyway.
Any thoughts on the above??
How much would you sell your left-overs for?
the rear 601's and the centre i mean!!!

Sorry Jediross, I think I have a buyer already.
Anyone any thoughts on the above Sony setup???
I don't have a set but Home Cinema Choice magazine reviewed the Pascal SA-VE705 range here (http://www.homecinemachoice.com/testbench/frame.htmlhttp://www.homecinemachoice.com/testbench/SpeakerPackages/Sony/SonyPascal.shtml[/url)
The Pascal 835 is by far the best Sony surround kit... Set at th right levels the sub is brilliant and the sound is awesome. Best going into a store and having a listen before makin up your mind..
The speakers are quite small and a nice design Stands or wall brackets available.
I think the system smacks it but thats only because i really want it!
Specs:
Satellite Speakers: 2Way
Freq. Range in. Sub: 24-70,000Hz
Max Power Handling Capacity: 140W
Enclosure: Bass Reflex
Active Subwoofer
Sub Output Power: 200W
Well i rate it :)
