Had a new JVC 28inch ws tele delivered today. Picture is green from centre out on either side. Looks like tube has gone.
Have called the store and a replacement will be with me next Saturday.
Is there anything it could be apart from a stuffed tube?:gag: :gag: :gag:
Have you tried a different lead?
Or, does your set have a tint control that you can adjust when it is outputting NTSC?
Tried all sorts of things, connecting via different leads etc.
In the end just jacked straight to aerial cable and it still had a naffed picture.
No setting differences make a change.
Even on the start up, JVC screen, it should be all blue with a white JVC logo, but the whole centre third is red, looks like the blue third of the colouring is either missing or malfunctioning in some way.
Doesn't really matter long term as the company is sending another, but it is a bit much on a brand new telly!:mad: :nuts: :mad: :nuts: :mad:
