Im looking to get a DVD player for xmas...... got a budget of £200
And im torn between the 2 mention players and also the Toshiba SD220
Im just after abit of advice on peoples findings with these 3 different machines and whether they are all in the same league.

Give the tosh a miss, I took the tosh220 back and bought the Sony 700, much better player picture wise in my view.
If I were you i'd wait until the new Sony range comes out.
I'm waiting for the Sony 999 to come down to a reasonable price.
Its about a grand at the mo, when it comes down to say £500 i'll probably make a purchase.
